I’m very glad to report that the owners of 3 Savile Row have agreed to the erecting of a plaque to commemorate the Beatles last ever live performance on the rooftop. It is hoped the plaque will be unveiled on or before 30th January 2019 – the 50th anniversary of this historic event.
A committee will now be formed to facilitate this happening, and to organise a ceremony for its unveiling. If you are interested in getting involved, please email richardandirina@tiscali.co.uk

Long overdue. The Beatles is all you need.
The one concert that I would have most liked to have been at – FAB!! Any update on when it will be erected and any involvement us minions might be allowed? My No1 iconic music site in London – plaque long overdue.

I was actually there on the day within a few feet of the Beatles and Billy Preston.
I worked close by and.ran along the adjoining roofs to be there

I’m currently in Londo and that day I’m back to my country. Does anybody know what time the ceremony will take place? I’d like to be there!!
