A Liverpool jeweller is giving one lucky shopper a free diamond today if they can locate ‘Lucy’, in the sky, with diamonds.
To mark the store’s 50th anniversary, Beaverbrooks in St Johns Shopping Centre is hosting the event instore today from 10.00am – 5.30pm.
Hundreds of balloons will be floating across the ceiling of the store, with the name ‘Lucy’ hidden inside one balloon, along with several faux diamonds. Customers will be invited to grab a balloon by its ribbon and take it to a store team member to be popped. The lucky customer that finds Lucy in the sky, with diamonds, will then receive a real sparkling diamond pendant worth £975.
As well as the 9ct white gold diamond pendant, a number of other prizes will also be hidden in the balloons including a Raymond Weil Maestro Beatles Sergeant Pepper limited edition watch worth £1190 and £50 Beaverbrooks gift cards.
